How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are shipped out promptly by Canada Post Lettermail, Oversized Lettermail or Small Packet depending on the size of the order. All orders are generally shipped out within 2 days from the time the order is received. Below will give you a rough estimate on delivery time depending on your location. The further the distance the longer it will take. For Canada 2-14 business days For United States 6-12 business days International 6-15 business days These are estimates. Most of the time they arrive quite quick but this is just an estimate. Please note delivery may take longer due to any weather related events that may happen around the world that are outside the shipping company's control and ours too. Our apologies if delays occur.

For all orders for strawberry plants, raspberry plants and other plants in Canada you should receive your order within 2-5 business as they are shipped Canada Post Expedited or Expresspost shipping for fast delivery.  Tracking information will be provided.

Do you ship strawberry plants and other live fruit bearing plants outside of Canada?

No sorry we do not at this time.  We only ship fruit bearing plants within Canada only.

Can we pick up our strawberry plant order and other plants instead of having it shipped?

Yes you can however often times it's just easier for us and you if we ship it to you. This also saves you time and gas as we are 30 minutes outside of Moncton. For all orders in the Moncton and surrounding areas is next day delivery for just $15 using Coupon Code SAVE10SHIPPING making it convenient and cost effective for you. Due to the large amount of pre-booked orders received each year and people's work schedules it can be difficult and time consuming to arrange pick up times when plants arrive. As we are a mail order type business shipping is preferred however we will allow pick ups should you request it.

How do we order if we want to pick up our order instead of being shipped?

To order you can send us an email or Facebook message.

Simply let us know the following:

1. What it is you would like to purchase and how many?
2. Your email address so we can email you an invoice via Paypal for payment.
3. Your complete mailing address.

On the invoice you'll have the pick up location address. Once our plant shipments arrive we'll contact you via email or Facebook messenger to arrange a pick up time. E-transfer is available as a payment option as well and is preferred as it cuts down on Paypal fees for us but it's up to you how you'd like to pay your invoice. After payment is received you would then get a copy of your paid receipt. Any questions please contact us.

Do we need a Paypal account in order to order online or pay an invoice?

No, you do not need a Paypal account to shop on our website or pay a manual invoice we send you through Paypal. You can check out as a guest and pay by credit card or etransfer is available as well.

For anyone wishing to pay by e-transfer we'd just need your emailing address, what it is you'd like to order and your complete mailing address it's being shipped to. We'll then send you an invoice invoice via Paypal.

Can I pay my order by E-transfer if I do not have a credit card?

Yes, you can pay your order by E-transfer. Once we send you an invoice with the amount you can send an e-transfer to the email address provided for payment. Any further questions please contact us. Thank you. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card on our website as well as e-transfers.

Do I need to pre-book my order for plants or can I just order when they arrive?

All orders need to be pre-booked and paid for in advance as we do not bring in any extra plants, only what the customers request. Strawberry plants, raspberry plants and other fruit bearing plants sell out quick. It's a very busy time of year for all suppliers come spring so it's important to secure and lock in your order as soon as possible. We do not bring in any extra plants, only what's ordered.

When will your shipment of plants be arriving?

Our shipment of plants will be coming in towards the end of April, 1st week of May. As the date gets closer we'll have a an exact date from our suppliers. As soon as we know we will let all our customers know.  Once we receive our shipment and your order is shipped out, you'll receive tracking information.

Last year it was the first week of May we received our first order and the last week of May for our second order.

Will my plants be okay if I decide to have them shipped?

Yes, your plants will be perfectly fine. These plants are shipped to us dormant and are perfectly capable of being shipped. They are well packed and properly cared for to arrive to you perfectly fine. The shipping of strawberry plants, raspberry plants and other fruit bearing plants have been going on for years, it's nothing new. Your fruit plants will be safe during their travels. In Canada orders are generally received within 2-5 business days.

How do we use your 15% off newsletter offer for our first order?
